Carsten Czarski works for Oracle in Germany since 2001 where we worked together with customers and partners on database-centric application development topics. He works with Application Express since its initial release as HTML DB 1.5 in 2004 and is a member of the Application Express Development team since 2016. Carsten is also a frequent speaker at Users Group Conferences in Germany and Europe.
